"Govermental Management Training Center" (GMTC) is established in July 1989.
The educational programs of "GMTC" were planned and applied in two models:
"Long-Time" & "Short-Time".
The "GMTC" combined with "Management & Planning Organizatin" (MPO) in year 2002. Therefore it is calling "Reseach & Training Management" (RTO).
In June 2007 MPO tehran combined with Governor Generalship of Tehran Province by the president ahmadinejad command, so it's name was change to "Research & Training Office" (RTO).
