Research & Training Office (RTO) is one of the five departments
of Tehran Province Governor Generalship.
This Office has two assistances, One "Training" and the other one
"Research".
The main goal of "RTO" is Tehran province's staff training, which is in charge
of training assistance. Besides Reseach assistance provides the contents,
inspects training operations and processes, and also does the neccesary
training researches.
